In the app
Open Settings («Настройки»).
Tap Delete account («Удалить аккаунт»).
Confirm the deletion.
The account and associated data are deleted immediately: learning progress, favourites, cards you created and stored consent records, both on the device and on the server.
Without access to the app
Email easy.peasy.msh@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion” and include the email address used to register the account.
We will delete the account and associated data within 30 days, usually sooner.
What is deleted
- authentication data;
- review progress;
- favourite cards;
- cards you created;
- stored consent records.
Device settings such as theme and speech preferences are stored locally and are removed when the app is uninstalled.
Important: after deletion, the account and learning progress cannot be restored.
